Avoid this place if you actually want to enjoy your night. They say they close at 11 PM, but that’s not really true. We got there around 9:30, and they kept reminding us that last call was at 10 like they couldn’t wait for us to leave. The second it hit 10, they started putting everything away. They even shut down the drink bar, so we couldn’t even get water anymore. At around 10:30, I went to use the restroom, and someone had already turned the lights off. Seriously? You claim to be open until 11 PM, but you’re already shutting everything down half an hour early. The service was awful. Our server looked annoyed the entire time, barely checked on us, and wasn’t helpful at all. When we asked if we could order a little more food after 10, one of the female staff rolled her eyes at us. To make it even worse, they automatically added a 20% gratuity. For what, exactly? What service did we receive that justified a mandatory 20% tip? We were rushed the entire time, couldn’t even get water, and got attitude instead of service. If this is how you treat customers, just change your business hours to 10 PM instead of advertising 11 PM. It’ll save everyone the disappointment.

This place is different in the sense that you choose your meats and cook it yourself in the broth you choose. This is the perfect comfort food in the winter but it tastes just as great in the summer. They also have a buffet type are where you can get veggies, dumplings, or some cooked food. They also have an ice cream machine to have a dessert after you eat. The staff is friendly and constantly checks on you if you need anymore meats. They do limit to 3 meats per table at a time but as soon as you're done they will ask if you want more. This is a great place to go with family and friends.

It's ok. I can finish each plate of meat order in a single swipe without any afterthough plates after plates. The plates were heavy but the meat were paper thin. When on a Sunday lunner and it was pretty empty. My induction personal pot was slow. Luke warmost of the time. I can't even cook the cheap chinese cabbage until it's soft. The giant tubs of cooked food was a little freightening for how long it might have sat. The red tub and the meat tub I stare at them but stayed away. The one appears to be the Korean style marinated cucumbers turn it out to be just red stuff that tasted like garlic. As to the meet side action stay with number 9. Some of the meat choices are questionable as they were cut frozen but now stuck to the plate as they melt it just turned into mush.

The salad bar had a great variety and the staff were very friendly. However, the meat was disappointing. We chose the beef broth and tried meat options #8, #9, and #10 first, but one of them had a noticeable smell that made it inedible. We also ordered #1 through #4, but the overall meat quality was poor. The slices were too thin and small. Based on the positive reviews I saw before coming, I was quite disappointed.This was the worst Shabu-shabu restaurant I've ever been to. Even though the restroom looked clean, there was a strange, ammonia-like smell.
